What is the rental rate?Our venue rents for $550 per hour and includes private use of the entire space and standard amenities. Holiday season (Dec 1–Jan 10) pricing is $650/hour. Weekday pricing, late-night events, and full-day buyouts are available upon request.
What’s included with the rental?Your rental includes exclusive access to the venue, the LED wall, TVs, and sound system, lounge and bar furniture, six (6) 6-ft tables, refrigeration and ice machine, and an on-site venue manager. We also include 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of cleanup. Minimum hours may apply depending on the date.
How do we reserve a date?We can place a complimentary 7-day soft hold on your date. To officially book, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
Are staffing services required?To ensure a smooth and safe event, some staffing requirements may apply. Security is required after 9 PM ($100/hr). For events with 75+ guests (21+), we recommend two bartenders. Additional staff ($50/hr) may be required for larger or extended events. Final staffing is confirmed during planning.
Is the venue BYOB?Yes — Centre Court operates under a BYOB policy. Alcohol may be served by a Centre Court licensed bartender ($75/hr), our bar partner, or your BASSET-certified bartender (not a guest). Soft drink and mixer packages are also available.
Do you offer full-day rentals or buyouts?Yes — full-day and extended rentals are available based on your event needs, staffing requirements, and seasonality.
What types of events do you host?We host corporate events, team outings, birthday parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, mitzvahs, watch parties, and private celebrations.
Can we bring our own food or caterer?Yes. You may use our preferred catering partners, bring a licensed and insured caterer, and add desserts, late-night snacks, or a food truck. We’re happy to help with planning and recommendations.
Do you help with planning?Yes — we help coordinate logistics, vendors, and layout planning to make the event feel seamless from start to finish.
